I had a mixed experience at this resort during my stay. The location was great, right by the beach, and the staff was incredibly friendly, which made me feel welcomed. However, the check-in process was frustratingly slow, and the cleanliness of the rooms left much to be desired. Overall, it was decent for a family getaway, but there are definitely areas that need improvement.

Our stay was decent overall but had its ups and downs. The resort had a beautiful setting and the pools were a big hit with the kids, who loved playing there. However, the room was not well-maintained; things like broken locks and a smelly bathroom were disappointing.
